HIKING = COFFEE

My friends in Hong Kong are heading for hiking from Pak Tam Chung to Long Ke Wan in the coming Saturday.

Dear friends

Can anyone remind me whether we were in the same group for the hiking / UE project thousand years ago?

I can only remember the long walk was definitely too long for me and I hated the feeling of going out primarily for accomplishing the sacred mission of completing an UE project.  However, I miss the last time we went hiking (if we can call that a sort of hiking literally) in Lamma Island because the weather was so good and I was in a relaxed mood too.

Honestly, I have never really enjoyed hiking in my life, because every single inch of my body would be itchy; deep from my skull to toenails due to pollen and tree allergies.  However, I enjoyed the time shared with friends - despite busy scratching everywhere from my armpits, butt, even my asshole whilst taking each step forward.  The same notion of being primarily a social event can be applied to drinking coffee. I am not that fond of the taste of coffee, whether that be 3-in-1, Starbucks, home-brewed or Blue Mountain - I get an upset stomach and I might even end up getting diarrhea at times when the coffee is too strong for my liking.  The most interesting is, I treasure the moment of hanging out with friends, sipping a latte macchiato at the coffeehouse more than the coffee itself.

Enjoy the time.

  1. hahaha... I don't know you have got seriously itchy at the Lamma Island. 辛苦妳啦!

    If you said the UE project at high school, we are the same group (including 瑪姬+ 蕭志文). right? Our route was McLehose Stage III.

    When we went hiking last Saturday, I suddenly wanted to re-read our report of the field trip at high school. Do you still keep this copy?

  2. I don't think I have kept so many things from high school like you guys. Now, I really feel regret for losing part of my precious memories.
